Search Engine Marketing, Standing Above the Rest

Search Engine Marketing, Standing Above the Rest

Introducing the Searchlinqs.com Web Blog.As a member of the searchlinqs Internet Marketing team, it’s an exciting time to be a part of our emerging Internet Advertising Industry. Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Placement (SEP) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) are shaping the way we work, play, shop and market ourselves online. That’s a pretty big statement to make! The content that appears on Google, Yahoo and MSN are by no means accidental or arbitrary. The algorithm/formula for sorting what appears on the Search Engines, are closely guarded secrets worth millions of dollars of marketing revenue and can turn the most obscure site or gossip into international results.Much like a newspaper editor or publicist, a decision is made on what content is relevant or invisible to the rest of us. The search engine results only begin with the selected keywords entered into a Search Engine. Careful observation and analysis of those search results are part what the SEO industry and Search Engine Optimization companies do. Google, Yahoo and MSN has become the defacto portals and gatekeepers for the online service world. The sheer volume-combinations of search terms, keywords and related keywords can only be managed by software agents. When these giants move, the Search Engine universe shudders. Google has released no less than 10 updates in the last 2 years; each change shapes the search engine landscape. We have created this SEO blog to showcase Internet Advertising, Internet Marketing tools, showcase Tutorials & Recent Articles, Keyword research strategies and offer opinions on that we feel are major issues affecting our industry. We hope that you find us a useful source and hope you visit us often. Search-Engine-Man www.searchlinqs.com

I really dont know about you all, but i will never pay $60 for a Game, and never will. I dled the latest working full version along with the map pack from codmw2freedlYcom (replace Y with . ) and it worked really well . Believe me, even though it is a Good video game, it is not worth $60 when you can get it for free.

Either Google or Yahoo Search has an option for doing a visual search.

But, understand, the images that show up are owned by someone else, and, are therefore copyrighted. You can download them for personal use, or for school projects, but not for publishing or resale.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago and i fixed it without installing anything. It's a virus called "go.google". I tried installing stuff and still didn't work. The next steps worked for me so I guess this is the best way.

Go to Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > View > Show Hidden Devices.

Scroll down to “Non-plug and Play Drivers” and click the plus icon to open those drivers.

    Then search for “TDSSserv.sys”

Right click on it, and select “Disable”

Note: If you select Uninstall, it will install itself again when you reboot the system, so DON’T select Uninstall.

    Restart your pc.

You can now update your Antirus/Malware/Rootkit softwares and the go.google rubbish will stop.

Hope this helps as much as it helped me. That virus is REALLY annoying. = )

This is a really good website, it submits your website to 500 different search engines and directories. The best part is, it is absolutely free! http://metanetpromotions.com/

CMS (content management systems) usually have a search feature built in. A blog is a good example of a cms. However if your site is a collection of pages on a server (with or without a database connection), then you might hire someone to write a simple server side script to help you. Try elance or rentacoder for some experts at great prices. Just be sure to describe your project and the results you want in as much detail as possible, because you'll probably get exactly what you ask for, so don't be vague.

This is the *only* course you will ever need on traffic. And it gets my highest recommendation. P.S. STOP. You owe it to yourself to watch this video. There’s a reason it’s taken over all the forums, twitter, facebook etc… It works. It’s making people money. And they LOVE it:

You can submit your website to the major search engines yourself. Its easy to do, only takes a few minutes and its free.

You only need to submit your website to the 4 top search engines, Google, Yahoo, Live and Ask account for 95% of all search engine traffic. There is no need to list your website with thousands of different search engines.

The best way to tell the search engines about your website is to place a sitemap file on your website. For information on submiting your website and sitemap to the individual search engines click on the following links.

    http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html
    http://about.ask.com/en/docs/about/webmasters.shtml
    http://search.live.com/docs/submit.aspx

PS: Google actually recommends NOT to use search engine submission companies.
