Yes. The BPO is performed (similar to an actual appraisal) so that the lender knows the approximate current market value of the property. After receipt of the BPO, the lender will decide whether to grant permission for the short sale, based upon property value and borrower income and financial status. As well, a minimum price for sale will be determined based upon the BPO results.

For starters, you need to have expertise in running the business process(es) you want companies to outsource to you, including hiring and training people. It is usually a good idea to have several key people standing by in anticipation of your first contract, so that they can start working for you immediately after you land the contract.

I think Chetan Bhagat's One Night in the Call Centre, is the book you are looking for. The genre will be fiction, it need not necessarily be mystery. It can be romance as well as horror.

It depends each bank works differently on the time frame. It could still be another 30-45 days until you get a clear answer from the bank. If the BPO comes in close to what your offer is then it shouldn't take that long, but if your offer isn't anywhere close to the BPO then it can drag on even longer.

Business Process Outsourcing is one of the techniques commonly used by Internet Business firm nowadays. What is BPO? BPO is the entrustment of certain business functions or processes to an external service provider. For instance, instead of having their own company design sports gear, exerting their own effort, they can hire another company to do the job for them.
In the business marketing, outsourcing provides easy access for the company to export their product around the globe. The company may gather more clients with ability and saved resources brought about by outsourcing their other functions.

About your second question, it would depend on the BPO company your applying. But usually they give compensations on the trainees that applies.
